DO NOT do a straight rewire on that walbro 450. You need to do a dual voltage reqire or it will over run the stock regulator. The stock regulator and return line with the siphon drilled to 9/64's CAN handle a walbro 450 as long as the rewire is done so that it maintains the stock dual hi/lo voltage function.
Yessir I will be doing the rewire as soon as my hobbs switch gets delivered. From spoolin per and im using the stm re wire kit.

My siphon is drilled already to 9/64.

Running 1450 blue max

That's why you were running out of fuel. The factory wiring cant support that pump under full load. It was not receiving the power it needed.

If you do a proper setup with the Hobbs switch, nothing will really change, except maybe the open loop fuel table in the higher load regions.

The spoolin up hobbs is 7psi. You could adjust the fuel pump voltage table so that it matches the hobbs switch.

I'm not sure, I never played with it. I did my rewire the hard way, triggered by the ECU just like the stock wiring, so I didn't have to play with anything in the ECU.

Hey bud, I just did mine this weekend. It was easy, accept for the Fittings and putting them on the SS fuel line, that was a *****. And SS is not easy to work with from a connector standpoint. You will most likely shred your hands like I did. However, route it under the car next to all the hard lines. ZIP tie them to the closest hard line. The engine bay hard line to fuel rail is a mother ****er to get off. I pinched two nerves trying to get it to break lose. Be prepared. its a 3/4 in or 18 mm I believe, and a 14 mm slip nut below the upper nut. Pain in the ***, because the hard line is rubber mounted to it's mount and starts to wiggle when you put tension on it. Good luck.

Post this table please. I have never seen this table in either the 9415 or 9653 Rom's. Can you enlighten us?

Yes easy install on a lift.
I did it at work.
Yea oneside was a breeze to put on fitting but the side that needed trimming was a pain. I ended up removing alot of the braid so i could fully seat it. No leaks. How is your afr now?

I could've sworn mrfred talked about it and has a patch somewhere. You 'll have to do some digging. It is NOT necessary to adjust though.

I'll do some digging, but do not remember seeing this table over the years..

As to the Rewire, my thoughts is to upgrade factory wire. I.E. Battery lead to Relay 3. Gonna add a second wire to it for more current. This should in turn send a little more current down the white Relay 3 to Fuel Pump feed wire. I currently on stock wiring with upgraded ground at the pump, see 12.5V in High mode, and 8.25V in low mode. I am thinking if I upgrade that Battery feed wire/Relay 3 wire, to a double or 8~10 Gauge, it will give 13V at the pump in High Pressure...

We will see.
