EGR delete problems

Hey guys, quick question, had a pretty notable evo shop perform an EGR delete on my car, and am now getting p0455 and p0401 codes. This started happening as soon as I picked up the car. My question is are these codes that need to be disabled in the ECU, meaning will you definitely get them if you do an EGR delete and don't disable them? Or is there a way to make the car happy with the EGR delete and not get these codes. I've searched all over and under the car and everything looks to be capped and connected as needed.

Yes. The ECU will have to be told not to throw those codes.

Connectors are unplugged, just need the codes cleared.
