2012 lancer - usb not working

2012 lancer - usb not working
Hey guys!
2012 Lancer, USB was working fine then all of sudden stopped.
Took it to the dealership, came back, working again. They said nothing was wrong.
About a week later stopped working again.
My iPod says "loading" then updates to "0/2799" - so it knows how many songs there are, but doesn't play anything.
Even if I select a song from the playlist nothing plays.
Anyone know what I can do to fix it?
