Any dealerships with MUT-III tool in South FL

I asked Coconut Creek and Bill Siedel's in Davie, but they don't have the MUT-III tool to program things like a factory Nav system. Does anyone know a dealer with one? Coconut Creek asked if I have a disc to program the navigation system, but they don't come with a disc?

I dont see how every dealer isnt required to have these things. If they can sell them they should be able to service them. They should also have to track this tool down for you and make things as easy as possible for the consumer.

It wasn't the service rep's fault though, cause he asked the tech that works there and got the answer from him.
