cant say that i have but my oz cluster had white guages but i swapped it out for a evo8 cluster long agp

hard to say. if you want white faces like that and youre gonna be going through the trouble of taking out the cluster anyway, id probably go to a pull yard and try to find the whole thing to swap from an OZ.
