Not sure if show and shine is the right place, but I couldn't think of where else to put this....


Anyways, I was wondering if anyone has added an aftermarket HID kit to their 03 Lancer?


It is not an EVO.


Is it possible? I know the stock headlight housings are plastic, would they generate too much heat and melt the housings?


I don't want to replace my headlight housings. If that means I can't have HID, then so be it.

Yes you can. I'm sure you'll find info if you search (here and google). And no, they will not melt your headlights.

hmmm... I have searched here, that is why I started my own thread. I saw tons of threads on the EVO, but nothing on the base models.... I guess I will look a little bit more
