Ok, I'm not sure what is the name of this cover in english but I'll show you what I mean;

Red cover

Ok What I want to know if this cover (not the carbon fiber one, the red one under) fit on RA, if so, is it hard to change, how much is it worth? Or I better paint my stock one??

That's the valve cover, and it won't fit on your car. Sorry.

 

no but the black one from the 2006+ 4cyl Eclipse fits on ours. and it looks bad ***.

Looks like the paint has some sort of texture to it? Def our valve cover though.

 

yah i asked at the dealership.. that valve cover is like $700

 

I think I'll just paint mine if that's the case. A custom paint job, if done right, always looks better anyway. I have to paint my header too so I'll just have a paint sniffin' good time!

you have to wonder if anyone actually spneds that much. it's like just pulls random #s out of the sky and sees if ppl are stupid enough to buy it anyway.

 

That's a $590 paint job, then. You can get the RA valve cover brand new for $110.

 

Don't RA's in the US come with strut braces?

 

Yeah, we have front strut tower braces. The pictures above are of the new Eclipse that we have here and not all of those come with the brace. I think only the GT model with the V6 comes with them but I'm not sure on that.
