probably not, in my experience all after market seats allways came with their own set of rails. someone else who has installed seats however might have a better idea.

you can maybe do some custom work on the OEm brackets like washers and so, but really time consuming !

SRS Will set a DTC code if you remove the stock seats... No way to get rid of that code either... May upset the rest of the SRS components in an accident as well... As for brackets to make seats fit, i've always had to modify some stock ones...

Its not ever going to go off either unless you disconnect all your SRS components from the car and remove the dash light... Not worth it in my opinion...

If you removed them with the car battery still connected, you defintely set off a code in the SRS unit that cannot be reset until you restore the system completely and have the SRS unit cleared of any codes you have already set... Disconnecting the battery can temporarily reset the light IF you have the stock seat in place...

well you can wire up a resistor i believe.. i've seen it done, dunno how it works. but you basically cross it to make the computer think its still there. And instead when the airbags try to deploy it just discharges the resistor or something like that...
google it or something maybe it'll come up
good luck
