Okay guys, I must admit that I had another reason to post the thread...
I'm trying to decide whether I should start a small business that makes and sells front grills for th RA. It would be hand crafted, quality products.
The EVO style grill turns out to be more expensive to make than another template we've been experimenting with. Since I think the OEM replacement grills are way too expensive for the poor quality offered (they're plastic mesh on a plastic frame), we're trying to come up with something that looks good, is sturdy, easy to install and doesn't cost anywhere as much as what the dealer is selling.
Now that I've seen what you all posted, I see that half of you are going for a really original look (which would be cheaper fo us to make!) and the rest are really into the EVO style (the one I personnaly like the best, but is more expensive to make).
I guess we'll just have to make both models and sell whatever you guys want!
The best part about the original model is that we'll probably be able to offer a range of meshes... some cheaper, some of higher quality. I'm also looking into finishes, from plain galvanized to spray painted to powder coated. But the best finishes (like powder coating) really add up to the production costs...
Opinions anyone?

Do you mean for touch ups? Go with a paint pen.. the dealer sells them. It would be best to look for the color code (I think it's on the sticker on the driver's door opening) before ordering... just in case the service guy at the dealer doesn't know how to do his job that well. The color code is your assurance that you're gonna get the exact color you need.
