I finally got my evo 8 wing on , I also washed my car to make it look nice and clean. my next mod is going with engine mods.

aight, you are going to love this!! i bought the wing off of e-bay for $274.99 shipped plus it came painted. i had my dealership install my wing for me plus i had to buy a 3rd brake light which came from an evo. the total cost with installation and man labor included came to a total of $283. not damn bad at all, the install and wiring for the 3rd brake light went very smooth so that's why the man labor wasn't high sky. i'm very happy with the result. so all together with the cost of buying the spoiler, brake light and installing came to a total of $557.99.



my car is also starting to sound nice! it has a nice deep sound to it and i did NOTHING to it! i have yet to install my cold air intake and that's stock how it sounds and the more i drive it, the more it get a nicer deep sound to it. it's not loud at all it just sounds good. i guess after having a car for a year of breaking it in it also breaks in the exhaust?? anyone else with just stock exhaust think it sounds nice for being stock?

 

I think the RA had one of the nicest stock sounding exhaust systems I've heard, most cars come with a completely silent exhaust. I like to hear my car Downpipe is still too loud for me though.

I could be such a perv but im not going to....

The only wing that I know of that lines up correctly onto our cars is the one that is from the dealership, somebody on the forums bought one from the dealership for like 340 and it lined right up. But no an evo 7 wing will not line up correctly without drilling.

 

Is the center part in cf or just cf look a like. Looks awsome by the way. I'm getting my evo8 wing this summer for my silver RA so this is like a preview. Thanks

 

Get some Volk 18"x8/9 rims and get that thing lowered and you will really turn some heads
