man, u guys are retarded, arguing over wing/spoiler. its the same damn thing, and I don't think the purpose was to argue over the correct wording, but for everyone to show off their part. But the guys who want to argue, why don't you email companies that sell these parts on their site and call them wings such as RRM...i'm sure they'd be more than happy to tell you where to go for bringing up such a stupid argument.

There is a difference and people such as you dont know it so we are trying to teach... it was said some are neutral which is correct. Like the stock OZ wing on 02-03 models. flat on both sides of wing. it looks like the taller cf wing is flat on both sides as well.

if the top is flat and bottom of wing is curved(like evo wings) the air travels faster over then wing then under pushing down on it (downforce). if you flip it around like a airplane and have the bottom flat and top curved it created lift. anyways. lets get this back on topic. I still vote for the cf wing, that thing is hott.

 

I dont have pics yet, but I do have the 03 OZ spoiler installed on my RA. It is a tight fit in the corners and you have to drill out the trunk in a few places. But man it looks sweet on the RA. Its so funny cause everyone thinks that its an OZ with those ES taillights on it. People are so retarded.

 

hmmm, you got a pic of that 03 spoiler on your RA? I want to see that, cause the RA spoiler is rounded to fit the cars body style, rather than the square 03 spoiler. It would be interesting to see

 

it is 2 inches higher and I had to drill 2 holes and shipping around around 100 dollars. I ordered it when it was brand new. I like it a lot more than the evo wing/spoiler

 

I seen it done on an 04 es here in the city and thats what gave me my inspiration. But, dont expect it to be perfect. It looks great though. I will see what I can do for pics. My car is gunna be in the shop this week getting a head gasket too I beleive.

Well at least he didn't do what 95% of Ralliart owners do and put the "EVO Spoiler" on... I don't think that was the Voltex he put on either, if you look there are TWO type 5's... If he did put the higher one on, then so be it... Don't get me wrong, I think the EVO Spoiler looks hot, but at the same time I also don't want the same spoiler on my car that everyone else has...

 

I think it looks pretty tight to me, and let me know if im wrong but insnt tuning about ummmmmmmm lets see here INDIVIDUALISIM <--- hope spelling is right if not im tire so leave me alone on that! anyways its better then putting some stock evo wing on your car <----- im not baging on those that do, and i hope th R word doest show up in this thread as it has plegued this forum lately.

 

im not calling it rice. im calling it stupid. And the other style says for hatchbacks only. the evo spoiler somewhat goes with our car and doesnt look like HOLY **** WHAT IS THAT!

 

I agree with that one being to high, that's not my style either... Anyone have any recommendations for something not quite that high, but then again not the Evo Spoiler? I want something different, but still simple...

 

If you are in Japan, it would be cheaper to get it there...but lugging it back is the other question. Dont they have this in the US? You could consider Cwest Neo GT Wing which I noticed is not sold in the US....Its alittle too straight though.

My is straight CF.

 

What's wrong with this Wing? The top flow line between an RA and EVO is indentical and using this wing or wing designed for the EVO would be the best choice.....

Anyway...I think my RA has enough power to use it..... If you think its rice, thats okay because I eat rice everyday lunch and dinner.....heheheheee
