I am ordering new stock headlights on thursday, so i decided to make a project out of my aftermarket projectors with halos, and retrofit some real HID projector lens and wire up a HID kit.
i am going to put the aftermarket headlights in the oven and then start working on them. im going to the junkyard soon to see if i can find any TSX headlights OR maybe even BMW headlights, if not i will have to order them. i want to change the halos to red. and seal them back up. after everything is done im going to order a HID kit with wireing harness. i think that is going to be the hardest part for me is wireing cause i really don't have that much experience.
If you guys have any ideas let me know. that would be helpful
so now all i have to do is wait till the new stock headlights come in the mail.
(ps: i am going to sell the stock headlights when i am done)

just buy a HID kit on EBAY, for less than $100 you can get a good HID KIT, dont know or trust ebay sellers, I can give you my word that (((http://stores.ebay.com/HIDWORLD))) < that seller kits are very very good, my kit have almost 1.5 years now, and working as good as the 1st day, I have buy 3 sets from him, and he send the HID so fast you'll be impressed!! the 3 kits have arrived in 2 days!!

new update: i just got done bakeing the projector headlight. i only did one so i can first off find out with i need and what parts will fit. i all of the wireing, bulbs, projector lens, and projector shroud where taken out. so now all i have to do is hunt down some REAL projector lens, and some other mis. parts.
what kinda projectors are you using? and you might need to trim the surrounding of the low beam part of the headlight to fit the projectors, and you might have to trim or make new holes on the bracket that the headlight used for its cheap projectors. best of luck!
here are my headlights when i had them....currently i am working on the TL's bixenon on stock headlight....so this one was my experiment =D. btw, these are the BMW E46 projectors, basically the ones on the E46 body style bimmer 3 series.

yea i think i am going to be using the TSX Projectors, i really like the cut off line they give out. as for the HID bulbs, wireing, and ballst i am going to order a kit. would you mind if i PMed you along the time it takes me to do it, so maybe you could help me out with a couple of things along the way. as for now i am stuck untill x-mas passes so i can start stackin my money.
where can i find stock RA or OZ headlights for sale? Isn't there a member on here that can get them pretty cheap? I'm doing the same retrofit with the TL projectors with a modified cutoff. Thanks
No member here sells headlights NIB for our cars unless you're referencing Evo Dave who only modifies them and doesn't stock our headlight style... You're best bet for used headlights is to wait for someone to sell their old ones....
