Good luck with the cf hood here in Florida , mine looked good for about 2 years then went to ****, got all hazy and white. I had to wax it 2x a week just so it wouldn't look white.

As for the projectors that's the way they come. There is really nothing wrong with them they are just made to a different standard than the U.S. I'll look an see if I can find the article to help clarify what I'm saying. The _/_/ put out is normal. You can fix it but it's a bit of a pain in the ***. You would have to take the clear plastic covering off of the light and make a flat blockoff plate. Then reseal the light. Ooo that reminds me , be sire to reseal the the projectors regardless off you do this or not, they come with a very minimal amount of sealer and usually leak and then short out.
yea i know what you mean about being in florida, the wind and the sand plus the ocean breeze with the salt and stuff from the water tens to eat **** up out there, im from there but im now stationed in new mexico, but im still going to wax it a few times to keep it pretty. eventually ima fine a guy to clear coat it for me for a decent price, people here tend to rip you off if your in the military and dont know what your looking for.

as for the lights, thanks for letting me know its normal, ima search for making a block off plate or a good way to adjust them so its not shining so bright off to the far top right corner. just makes me feel like im blinding people in their own cars when i drive by them. thanks again.

oh if you find a good how to on the block off plate for the projectors let me know thanks

here is a DIY, on making a cut off plate, its not our car or our same headlight but i think it will work out the same. ima still look around for other ones.

You car looks great with the projectors, you're like my guinea pig cause you're one of the few white ralliarts on here that I can actually get photos of. I gotta say though, I really hate people with aftermarket HIDs on the freeways because you can always tell they put them in the stock headlights and they light up your car even though their bloody car is lower than yours. (ie: slammed civics with purple HIDs or lifted chevys)

+1 On looking for a fix to it though, let me know if it is possible to aim those projectors, and which brand they were, I've seen a few on ebay I might pick up. I personally think it should be illegal to have HIDs without projectors, it's a safety hazard.

Back to your projectors being off a bit, I don't know if this might help you but I know for a fact that some manufacturers design their headlights to be lower on the left hand side as to not blind oncoming traffic.

thanks man, i know what you mean about the liffted trucks, here in NM there mostly trucks running around here. and yes you can aim them, these are the ebay ones, they have set screws on the back for adjustment, but to get to the lower adjustment bolts you have to take off the front bumper. and for the top one on the driver side, you have to either move the batt. or just un-bolt the headlamp itself and move it like an inch forward so that a ratchet with a bit/ or stubby screwdriver will fit.

just to add, the top one that would be closest to you when your looking over the headlamp, that one is for the high beams, and the one down below that you need to take the bumper off, unless your Mr. Incredible, will adjust the low beams.

after looking up those links i posted i read that the cut off is made like that to illuminate the road signs, so its not my lights, its meant to be that way.

mine shine like those as well. The best that you can do is to at least get them on the same level, but otherwise, I don't think we can get a perfectly straight line from using these projectors. You need to get the depo tails now!
