Lancer Ralliart 2006 to evo IX body kit

HI friends, I have talked with the person that will install the turbo on my car and these are the points that will be taken for the installation:
1.- I have in the car an oem Evo VIII intercooler, he checked it and is good for the new power that the engine will use, then I don't need for the moment buy a new mishimoto one, I would like one but I will save that money for other things .
2.- I only can manage the power in 2 steps from inside the car:
Low: 6-7 psi
High: 12 psi
3.- He will use a T3/T4 turbo that is ready for 400 hp, this will start to send power at 3000 rpms and all the power at 3500, I think is good, maybe some lag but is acceptable.
4.- I will install pistons and roads forged until next year then to protect the engine the compression ratio will be reduced from 9:5.1 to 8:???, using a cylinder separator.
5.- The goal is try to get some like 300 hps in 12 psi, maybe using the separator I could go for more boost, but lets see the result.
6.- Since we don't have here a splitsecond computer for the car or experts that can tuning the computer, the option for now is use a 5th injector and a special module to control the injection of the gas-air in the engine, this guy is doing this kind of setup's since 20 years ago and it works, then the stock injectors will continue there.
7.- HKS blow off valve will used.
8.- All the other parts will be build for the engine (manifold...)
9.- New 3" exhaust.
10.- Good by to the catalytic converter.
11.- The idea is start this build at Friday August 19th.
Then I will open a new thread about this turbo build.

and protect the engine and we can use more boost.
Here we don't have nothing to reflash the ECU, what are the tools or programs that
we need to do it?.
Instead of this, this guy install a module, like a little computer that manage the 5th injector, depending of the air, rpms, and other things to inject the gas needed.
I think maybe is not the best option but a lot of cars are running here with this configuration.

Ok, yes a thicker head gasket to decrease compression, I got it...
For tuning the stock ECU you would need a tactrix openport 2.0 cable, and there are a few ways to reflash...hackish, Merlin, and stayer stayercan all write definitions for the ECU. I use hackish's software, it's called fastworks, a lot of features are defined and editable, datalogging is built in.

Hola, tengo un lancer RALLIART 2006 también y quisiera hacer un invento así ya que no tengo mucho dinero como para poder tener un evolution y además no hay muchos aquí en Puerto Rico. ¿Podrías decirme cuanto finalmente te costó hacer todo el carro de esa forma?

Holy crap this is an expensive project but it looks awesome
I bought the battles thinking they would fit my ralliart but
No effin way without a few adjustments now I've gotta sell em
But no other car will fit them except Evo with the offset
Ps can't wait to see it finished

Hi friends, I'm back, so much time that I don't post any, I was in other things and I could not continue tuning my Rally-Evo, I just installed a front EVO X brembo brakes, the turbo is coming, new seats, rear diffuser, maybe new color, etc..., much plans for this car ( is a possibility apply a 4g63t swap with awd), also I bought a salvage BMW 135i 2010 N54 engine 6 in line and 2 turbos, I'm converting in 1M body kit, and I will tune the engine to get more than 400 hps, I'm thinking in open a youtube channel in English, and maybe other in Spanish, to show the modifications etc., what do you think?

Stock Evo tails to replace RA??
I know it's along shot but I'm trying to figure out if the stock Evo taillights can be used as direct replacement for the stock RA taillights or do you need to change truck lids too?
