GPTourer: I had no intention to direct that post towards you it was merely to stop everyone from talking about that same subject. I understand your point and if you actually look at my earlier posts I too recommended Accolade to change their evo8 bumper as well. My point with that last post was to just stop random people who see this topic and start posting about why or why someone shouldn't be getting this kit for their car. In no way did I have any intentions to point fingers directly at you.

peace.

You know what I've noticed, for some reason the stock look is in. Heck I've read that some EVO owners wouldn't mind an EVO VII bumper; there's even a prototype bumper being tested.

The stock look is definately in, I've yet to see a body kit for my EVO 8 that makes it look better than factory.

i totaly agree the stock look is definetly in style right now. And i htink it will be for a while. No one seems to liek the cartoonish body kits like there used to be. But Accolade's evo8 kit looks HOT in the RA I was thinking about getting the kit, the only thing i dont like is the hood looks like it does'nt fit right. Correct me if im seeing things but it looks that way for me, but other than that i love the kit i am probably going to buy it. and slap some gunmetal rims with a polished lip on it.

I think it looks good, but the nose looks a little short.
Also, the Evo 5 fog lamps like the ones on the Evo 9 drawing would be cool. Also, some flaired front fenders like the Evo 8 or Evo 9 drawing and maybe some fender flairs for the rear, too. The would give the car the stance of an Evo. Then, add a turbo. I saw a post about a turbo charged Rally Art. Then some suspesion mods like springs and bars to give it the right hieght. That would be very close to the Evo 9 drawing.

sorry...let me add one thing to my last post....no one has the ***** to race me in the winter...but when one punk steps up its so much fine to see them swerving in my rear viw mirror...i would like to unofficially and entirely unafilliiated with ANYTHING promote winter street racing...on an empty street with lots of turns and hills.

I agree that the stock look is in, STOCK as in no body kit at all -just lowering your ride and putting on some nice wheels, but not putting a kit on one type of car to make it look like ANOTHER stock car. But OZ Rally kits for Es's and LS just aren't as popular are they? They Ralliart is a clean looking car begging for some innovation. I think the EVO look, looks good on the RA, but for me, I say, if your gonna do it - DO IT. Get a kit that makes the car look different. It doesn't have to be spaceship battlestar Gallatica style to look good. One visit here can atest to that.

they asked for ppl's opinions and it, and that's what we as consumers are doing...there's no need to get upset abotu negative feedback, for every product in the world there's at least a few ppl that don't like it. Critism helps the maker to find out why ppl aren't buying, and what they can do to get more ppl to buy....

You like the kit, good for you, I DON'T...if you have a problem with me saying I don't, then to be quite frank "Too F***'n bad"

I'm not bashing you for liking it, I'm not bashing them for making it, I'm just experssing my opinion of the product...and apparently I'm not the only one that feels the way I do about it
