I have big big plans for this car. yeah its 20 years old and got 200k miles. but how rare again is the wagon lancer?? also need to know if the regular lancer has the exact same components as this one. pretty sure the only difference is the body style.

What should be done first? coilovers? rims? timing belt? (which when inspected looks brand new) tint? wrap?
