You shouldn't have to realign it after the Progress install. That said, it can't hurt to have it checked afterward, either.

The only problems I've noticed is it used to make a noise in the front suspension when I went over speedbumps, and the back didnt drop as much as I wouldve liked, I had a friend look at my alignment and he said it was fine, but I might go take it to another place and get them to check it.

I think most cars do that when you first install new springs. While thay might not settle, as in SAG, they do settle, as in find their own way to where they fit best on the spring perch. The noise you hear is the springs moving a little bit at a time, until they find that comfortable spot.

When I did the springs on my Eclipse, I hit a speedbump, and thought something broke. I checked it all out, and it looked okay, though, so I kept driving. I got a couple more smaller clunks from the springs later, and then they were silent.
