Tuning won't be necessary. RRM will take care of the tuning before they ship you a kit.

RRM's setup comes pre-programmed for your car. Just install and go... it's that easy.

With the software you can go to any dyno and do a custom tune.(it's not needed though as it comes well tuned) It's that simple.

It's like a clutch but for autos, http://auto.howstuffworks.com/torque-converter.htm . I wonder what an auto RRM turbo can do at the track. Just for reference what does the 5spd RRM turbo do at the track? I've also heard that auto turbos are sometimes faster because you never let off the gas so it's boosting the whole time instead of letting off the gas to shift. So will the auto be faster?

auto's don't drop out of boost during the shift... whether or not it's fast is all about the driver. Some prove auto's are it... and others prove manuels are it.

After driving a boosted automatic... I can tell you it's damn fun!

Saw a SRT-4 today and was like usual admiring that great turbo spooling and blowoff sound we all love then suddenly wondered:

Does and auto even sound nearly the same? you don't let off the gas when you shift so does it have that nice sound a manual does when shifting?

Hard to say if it sounds the same. Prolly a little softer pop though.
