So how does it come tuned? does it come with a new ecu or cd or something, thats the part i dont understand. Oh and if you guys were on the east coast id have a boosted ralliart right now lol.

 

I'm pretty sure they use the same split second or whatever piggy for the turbo as they do for their N/A stuff. It will come tuned after someone with an auto who wants to buy one will go there and let them tune it so other A/T guys can buy it.

 

Call them and talk about it. The kit isn't tuned right now, however, it could be tuned by one of your local shops.

 

i know no one has this kit yet, but in theory an auto turbo'd ralliart should put out more power than a manual oz turbo'd right? i dont feel like searching, so does anyone know how much hp a turbocharger manual oz makes?

 

it all depends on the kit, how much boost, what stage you are, other supporting mods, etc. You just can't compare them. But, in an auto, the boost will stay up between shifts easier because of the way an auto shifts. So, it _could_ be quicker, but a good manual trans driver will beat the auto assuming they made the same power.

 

i was referring to the rrm kit for the auto. is a rrm turbocharged auto ralliart faster than a rrm turbocharged manual oz?

 

i think theres a few kits for the manual OZ from RRM at least one intercooled and one non intercooled.

 

A RRM stage 1 intercooled turbo kit, running at 5 psi, is a hair slower than a Ralliart with my setup (I/E/pulley, misc other stuff.) However, said OZ owner is pissed about that, and is almost done putting in a custom setup that will be running 8 psi, and he will surely whoop my ***.

So a logical assumption would be that yes, an auto Ralliart will beat on a turbo manual OZ stage 1 and probably be pretty comparable to a stage 2.
