oh yeah as for the bov, i don't know about the chinsey lookin one that comes with the rrm kit but aftermarket bovs dont affect how much boost you can run, just how much boost the turbo system can hold, the engine is really limiting that more with the lancers right now.

Chinsey? Are you kidding? It's a TiAL, and believe me, they are top notch... just check what all the Evo guys are running on their custom setups. It's a recirculating one that vents back to the intake. Besides, it's not really a BOV, it's a wastegate.

A BOV is for show only unless you are running some crazy boost and hp #'s where you'd have to vent to atmosphere!

The BOV is basic and no need for a fancy one since it recircs. Wastegate is the best, TIAL. Wastegate limits boost but is not the limiting factor. BOV is BOV. Nothing to do with how much you can boost.

as long as you have a good tune, you can run any boost.
Its all in the tuning and proper fuel setup

I think what he´s trying to figure out is how much HP our internals can handle (since power is power no matter how youre making it), and based on that, when going the way of turbo, how many psi would make that kind of power (with the turbine/compressor he has).

Oh we have fun... it's not very easy and the stuff is all custom application one person is running megasquirt(standalone) but had to switch from maf to map. Some people have bought the RRM turbo kit which uses a splitsecond piggyback the other choice would be Haltech which is also a piggyback. We don't have the ease of slapping a AEM or something similiar.
