Project Car
Ok, here is the deal. I am currently in Iraq saving an assload of cash. When i get back, I will be dropping it all into my 2004 Ralliart, oh and it's stick. Anyway, I've been looking at this site http://www.roadracemotorsports.com/ralliart.htm and they have a turbo and some other parts on there that I was wondering about. Can anyone give me a run down on if these components are decent or not? Also, any other ideas? This is my plan: Turbo the car and do it right, with ALL the extras. However, GO before SHOW so i will be doing all engine and performance work first. I plan on dropping about 10G's just on performance. Any help would be greatly appreciated. **The internet sux really bad here in Iraq, other wise I would just do all the searches myself. Thanks everyone!!
Yes. RRM is a great company. I had a lot of their stuff on my oz rally. Good customer service too. I planned on getting more of their parts..... then my car was totaled. Good luck. Post pics when done.

Talk to rob or brian at roadrace. They know basically everything about your car.
If you want good performance for your money id say get the
turbo- 4500
wideband-300
flywheel-600
lsd-1200
CLUTCH-430
pulley-120
after installation costs that should put you at around 10k
If you do it yourself...
then you may squeeze out enough for a new P&P head. but then you would need a tune..300-400
With the other components you can just install an play.

oh hey ROL ... :P
lol ya dang straight.... Flywheel is a decent differenece. I love it. But the intake manifold is better for the money. When ur spending on this on ur car, you should also get the cam, pistons, and a LARGER 5th fuel injector. You can hit more boost than the 7 psi it comes with out the box. 10k, with pistons, cam, head, and a good tune, will get you in the 330-350hp+ range. Pistons mean more boost. More boost is where the power will come in. But your gonna need fuel and a DYNO TUNE

if you are going to spend all that money on the turbo look at modifying it slightly go for 4 larger injectors rather than just adding a 5th and maybe another type of ecu especially if you are going to be doing some serious internal work
just my 2 cents worth... good luck over there in the sand box come home safe

I think you should think about upgrading your clutch. Its nice to have all these power mods, but when all that power is being used, it is going to tear your stock clutch. I am speaking from experience. Engine damper will work fine. They stiffen up the motor and the car wont vibrate as much as motor mounts. I have a engine damper on my Evo IX and it works great. I still plan on doing motor mounts though also.
