We are using some proprietary hardware to do the reflash. The tactrix cable is not capable of doing the job because they use a proprietary cpu and it doesn't use the same standards for the reflash.

I've been disassembling stuff pretty much full time. As of today I've got 242h in on it. Still working on adjusting the open loop/ closed loop values. It's complicated because you can't just change one value since it's referenced about 15 different places in the code and I have to make sure I understand what absolutely every table does before just blindly changing load values. In short it's a lot of work to design these reflashes.

The tactrix cable is merely a piece of hardware for talking to something. I am using a proprietary piece of hardware and software - actually just a netburner module with some level converters so I can push the updates over ethernet. The processor used has some pretty specific and proprietary instructions on how to read and write the flash. They were hand-coded because I wasn't able or willing to spend the $15,000 that Mitsubishi wants for their developer kit/compiler.
I will be designing a custom piece of hardware to do the reflashes so it can be shipped out to the end user but that will take some time. Initially, just mail-in reflashes.

software Updates (ECUFlash & EvoScan),
Can I reflash my 2006 RA USDM ?
right ?
I've read about how hard is to Flash or remap them.
I thought it was in other regions.
What about those sold in USA (& territories) ?

Hackish is not affiliated with ECUflash or evoscan. There is a way to reflash your ECU with ECUflash, but you need a definition file. A user by the name of Merlin writes them, but they are not free. Myself I prefer Fastworks, because it's easy to use, and everything is included in one program...

Need tune
I'm a tuner and programmer, not a videographer.

Just thought it would be nice to put a video to it. I'm going to build a launch control feature similar to the honda stuff. As you can see the from the photos in the video the piggyback has been removed and it's only running on the factory ECU.
