cleaning bov + turbo rebuild

So I am slowly piecing together a turbo. I got a used turbo and bov, but the turbo needs some tlc. The fins need to be fixed, rebalanced, and the gaskets and seals replaced. What are some good shops that I can send my turbo to be rebuilt?

Also, the BOV has some grease and some dirt on the underside (the side that connects to the piping), how do I go about cleaning the bov? Also, do I need to lube it up and if so, with what lube?

TURBO SO CLOSE.

Here's a few good places http://www.miketurboinc.com/ And..... http://www.micturbo.com/servicios.htm

I personally like the 1st place just a bit more since they race with their own built turbos and the other place is just a repair/ purchasing facility but the choice is yours .
