2.4L ES custom turbo build!

For water you really need to look at a cooling diagram. The easiest way to do it is just to take the water line from the throttle body and interrupt it for your source and return. You can opt to entirely bypass the TB as well but make sure you understand the impact. I have done it on many cars and drive in a Northern climate but have never had an issue with icing. Not exactly like an AC where you have a carb heat switch The turbo doesn't need a huge amount of coolant flow through it.

gahh starting to think i should have done a custom t3/t4 set up! so many things i didnt think about!
on the 16g actuator there is a line going to the black outlet pipe.. i believe its a vacuum line. where the hell do i run that? i see on the evo it goes to a "boost control solenoid" but obviously the lancer doesnt have that.. im thinkin i may be able to hook it up to a manual boost controller but then where does the other end go?
any ideas??

is there a nipple on the compressor housing? doesn't it go there? i believe it goes anywhere in the charge pipe...
looks like you got the RPW manifold...has it got a TD05 flange on it or did you need an adapter plate?
i got a 4g69 flange from RRE for 62$ shipped, but i'm in canada...
