meDave's 4G Eclipse build

Haven't been active on the forum lately, but I was doing a lil work on the car so I thought I'd share a cpl pics.

The downpipe is 2.5' coming off the flange using a pie cutted 90 then v-banded to a 3" 90 bend. The midpipe is 3" all the way back to the cat with another v-band there. After the flexpipe it will reduce back to 2.5" where it will mate up to my custom 2.5' catback with dual outlets. I put another v-band at the axle just before my y-pipe, so in the future I will take the 3' piping all the way back.

As of now everything is just tacked together we'll seal it all up once done with the fitting.

The manifold fits, but not with the turbo. You'll have to make or get an adapter to angle it more down under the manifold and less in front of it. OR get a half size radiator.

ok thats perfect then...i was planning on installing a honda radiator so that's fine with me... for the condenser you just need to buy a universal 10 inch fan and put it on the front part...i already did this and works fine...

I have an old thread over @ Club4G that I posted the link for the place that made/sold them, but it is gone now. Not the thread, but the place that sold them it seems they are no longer in business.

I noticed that too, and the ebay store that was selling them is no longer listing them...manolo was asking about it in the other thread...

Well... I have a few more pics to put up, so here we go.

It's in!!

Yeah, I know there are some steps missing, but once I got started that was it!

I got too busy putting this mother in to stop for pics. I still have some work to do. The placement of the upper O2's are too low, and I need to extend the wires. There was a slight error in measuring the exhaust, so now I have to shorten the midpipe a 1/2".
Dump pipe and IC piping still still need to be welded.

I should be starting the engine today to get the oil flowing, and check for leaks.

IC piping/dump pipe will be welded up next weekend.

That's it for now.
