Question 6 speed?

does n e one make a 6 speed for our cars cause my gas mileage is killing me softly??????????????

Um, we all have that problem, short gears will do that to you. And no they dont make a 6 speed tranny.

you couldnt bolt on a 3000gt tanny from a vr4?

Won't fit, and it's awd. Just because both cars are made by the same manufacturer doesn't mean you can snap components together like legos.

well... you could probably get quiafe to build one for you... then again .... it'll about cost the same as your car cost you to buy.

maybe the 5 speed mirages will fit, but i dont know about 6 speeds.... old evos? VII? VI? V?

whats the name for the tranny... i know in my lanos i could search and find trannys that fit... i believe it was a F28 6 speed from a Vauxhall Astra... you would have to d oa little research.

We do not have a 6 speed gear kit for the Lancer as of right now. The only
kits we have are what is listed in our catalog for the EVO. Sorry for any
inconvenience this may have caused.

Doesn't the EVO MR have a 6-speed? Since the Ralliart's 5-speed is same as that of the base EVO, wouldn't the 6-speed bolt up too?! Cost of course is a WHOLE other issue *L*

hmmm... i'll look into that... if the transmissions are in the same family... they might have most of the parts the same... however they're bolting up to different engines so the bellhousings and such could be different.

i don't know even who to contact on that.

Wait 1-2 years and see if the new MIVECS ECLIPSE 6-SPEED BOLT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!


or even the galant (same engine and tranny as the V6 eclipse)
