Well in the end i wanna throw the RRM turbo in, beef up the Fuel system/Internals and run a 50-75 shot of nos off an MSD system.

If you run the RRM turbo you won't be able to run the NOS... their spooling at around 2500-2800rpm and you can't squeeze until after 3k. Putting in nitrious on top of boost is strongly not recommended. If you plan on putting in a bigger turbo for huge top end that spools like around 4-4500rpm then you can use the NOS to get you spooling faster from 3k to spooling rpm. Just use a window switch to control the on off rpm levels.

 

well... i do wanna hit about 500/600hp.. for dragging, i really want to model my engine after Turbotech. Having an 8500-9k rpm redline... so i'm going to be doing a lot of working.
But i really want to eclipse the 500hp/tq mark... so I wouldn't mind going bigger turbo down the road... and using Nos.

I mean this is pretty much "hypothetical" but i'm going to do something very close to this when i get the opportunity...

If i increase the redline, 1 what would i all have to change for more forged (springs/pistons/valves/rods) Then i'll use a toggleswitch in the interior to "engage" the nos system for a certain rpm during runs, like say the Turbo isn't fully spooled till 4500-5k

I'd use the nos from 3250-3500 till the turbo is fully spooled... i mean like i said... it's a great idea and i wanna do it but it's oging to take time and a lot of help (Parts/info)

it's possible for sure... it's all about the $$$ you are willing to invest. Invest wisely, learn from others, ask ???'s and get proper answers, then you'll be all set.
