Provided you have the proper tools, how long does it take to port and polish a manifold?

yea thats what sucks about modding your car...mines doing the same thing...it sucks that you buy one thing for your car then you HAVE to buy another to keep the first working properly.

Welcome to the wonderful world of modding...

Besides completing the I/H/E everything else I have tried I need something else to make the new part work.

you could try using a adjustable fuel pressure regulator the stock car runs at 38psi if you up it to about 42psi that should help you out - I always work on the line of thought if you increase air you must increase fuel.... adding the adjustable fuel pressure reg will also eliminate flat spots as well I would try this first before going out and buying a fuel pump, also a piggy back computor will also help out as well with injector and ignition

well i went to the dealership just to what would happen if they fixed my problem. I told the service guy that i had a SES and i checked it with an OBD II scanner and it came up that i am running lean. He said that it would be $80 to check (basicly what i did for free) and if it goes under waranty they would void the 80 and yeah..... but im like hmmmm......................................... they would find out obviously! i mean they would see the Injen CAI and the new RED intake manifold(but i can just i say i painted it...hehe....) but im sure they will say the moddified intake surely did this!
