Valves rattle?

I have noticed that my valves are starting to rattle at low rpms. Has anyone else noticed this or have any answers to why they would rattle?

I'm pretty sure that its my valves. Also I started to notice after my oil got changed.

How many miles do you have on the car? It probably just needs a valve adjustment. They are supposed to be done every 30,000 miles but probably wouldn't hurt to be done every 20,000 miles. It's pretty easy to do as long as you have a little mechanical know how and a few tools. There's a "how to" for this in the how to section.

That's what I thought. Rumor has it that the guy who wrote it went a little looney a short time after though. I've heard that he's been seen from time to time in a padded room with a 10mm socket and a set of feeler guages asking if he can touch people's valves! Kind of creepy!

Thanks for the info. I'm around 21,000-22,000 miles. Thanks again.

^Yeah, it's part of the routine maintenance schedule along with a lot of other stuff that they don't normally do on a regular service.
