evo 9 exhaust

so i just got the evo 9 exhaust muffler from my friend. and i was wondering what the sound would be like with stock header and catback piping? since i've had this cheap brand muffler (that i don't know what the name is.. but it looks like the apex n1) and it's super loud.. would i get a raspy sound with the evo 9 muffler?

i have a cheap brand muffler and its raspy now cuz there is a leak the only way your car will be raspy is if the tip is super small but if it is an evo 9 muffler that is say 3 inch it might sound like what are car sounds like with no muffler

3" diameter will be too much for your car. U might loose some power by putting bigger diamerter muffler. Dont quote me on this, do a little research.
