Dyno Results (No PiggyBack)
I see... about the numbers, Ive dynoed both in 3 and 4 th gears. 3 gives the highest hp... i nfourth, it takes abot 3 to 5 hp and something about 4 pouds of tq.
I pulled 172 hp and 168 tq with the injen cai, joes(rrm) pulley, and rrm downpipe...stock exhaust piping.
Theres something about your pull that bugged me, but now I see that it was a 4h gear pull. Next time try 3rd gear, its a little better that way. at least with minor mods, 3rd is best.
You can get as high as 5 hp by just switching. I went fro 166.7 hp and 167 tq to 172 and 168, so just imagine

I personally say the header, cuz if you have the piggy first and then get the header in the mix, you will have to tune the piggy to get hp, if you still put the header while the piggy is in stock tune, it will make less power.... at least that was the case with my downpipe.... my last pull with intake , downpipe, piggy and 2.25 exhaust was 158 hp and 164 tq.... do the math and you will find that diference
I guess i will eventually look into the Piggy actually im curious to try the Works one if they ever finish it for the Ralliart. That was my first ever dyno so i didn't know it mattered which gear they did the run in. I'll pay more attention next time.
Yes you will, a question still stands... which one??
For me Ill go with the Haltech only due to the fact that u cfan program timing...althuogh if any other makes it that way it will make it even harder
