RRM already addressed this quite some time ago. The stock throttle body can't be bored out. They didn't feel there was enough to gain by persuing the matter furthur.

There are some benefits to this. First off, if something goes wrong, the ECU has the power to close the throttle body despite what your foot is doing. It can also control the throttle body to raise or lower the idle. Finally, it makes for a super smooth cruise control, probably the best one I've driven.
Yeah...throttle by wire is pretty cool....it is the future.
Next step: Brake by wire.

We even tried an Eclipse V-6 t.b. IT bolts up and plugs in... The car was smoking fast for one pull, then it goes into limp mode.
