Taking apart a 4g69
ok. Ross piston for me was 650 + shipping. It custom made so you can get what u want. I got it 1mm over & the 8.5 to 1. with that comp rate I will have to boost more to get the power I was getting. So it even out. I was checking the 16g turbo. in a site it said you need a big wastegate to elinimate boost creap. I'm also getting a meth kit to be in the safe side. I want my 250 hp or up to 270 max. Once I'm done I want you to check my whip.
Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I'm trying to find some connecting rods that fit. What rods has everyone been using? If you've used rods off a different motor please elaborate on what motor as well.

well just got the email back from eagle, they "do not make or sell anything for the 4g69 engine" this is BS since, for one example Turbo tech's car HAS eagle rods... BS BS BS

Is it possible he used rods for a different engine like the 4g63 or 4g64?
I'm sure it's just an issue of their parts catalogs not being up to date. There must be other engines, Mitsu or not, that use the same spec rods. I would think the 4G64 would be the most likely candidate.
