AEM makes a pulley kit for my buddies '01 Civic that replaces the Alt and PS pump pulleys with bigger aluminum ones. Less inertia for the belt to pull due to size and the obvious difference in weight. Maybe find the bolt pattern and try to find a comparable pulley for a 6 V belt?

 

having one fabbed would be more expensive than it's worth, but every lit bit counts when modding your car right?
