Reset your ECU, first. That should take care of the lean code. As for the cat light, was the cat installed before or after the second O2 sensor?

Chances are that the highflow isn't working as well as the stock cat did. You might have to throw an antifouler or two on there to get rid of the light.

It's hit and miss for some people, but it's cheap enough and easy to do where it's worth a shot.

RRM (roadracemotorsports) sells one, It's more expensive than the 1 or 2 anti-fouler trick, but it's ready to be installed with no drilling necessary.

Basically your first O2 sensor reads what the exhaust contents are BEFORE THE CAT and the second O2 sensor reads what the exhaust contents are AFTER THE CAT, it then compares them making sure your cat is doing it's job. If the contents are too similar it throws a code. By installing the anti-foulers, it moves the O2 sensor further away from the exhaust, thus reducing the contents being read.

I can't even say this enough. If you mod the car and it throws a CEL it's because you haven't adjusted your fuel. if you have no way of adjusting your fuel, you can't get rid of the CEL. you can't just go changing stuff on the car and expect the ECU to compensate all by itself.

retuning your fuel may get rid of your 420 code too, because the cat works best at a certain AFR and the richer the better.

So you're basically saying that just about any breathable mod (maybe sans CAI and exhaust) will require a PB to do it right? I guess the PB just moved up a few places on my list.
