4G69 Header on eBay

I found some OBX header for the RA on eBay. Anyone know anything about the company? Any success with their stuff or is it crap? The headers come with downpipe, looks nice and is about $260 shipped. How do they compare to RRM headers?

OBX is not that bad , the only problem I've found about it is that their parts tend to rust with time. I'd say in terms of performance you won't notice that much difference over RRM. Verify the ID of the runners and try to ceramic paint it or something to protect it from rust.

does OBX make a header for our car? I couldn't find it on their web site. either way, your the guinea pig if only for the reason that it comes from Ebay. you never know about things like brand faking, quality, or fitment until someone tries a seller out. if someone has copied a design or actually designed something his self it could be decent quality, but it could also be three inches short and a little off to the left

that looks just like my rrm header...only $400 cheaper. I regret buying it everytime i step into my basement and see it laying there. I'd say go for it and give it a try.

yeah, it wasn't hard to find searching but thanks for the link

just because it says OBX doesn't mean it is. that's why ebay is in lawsuits with the EU right now.

OBX quality its not that bad. It looks exactly the same as RRM header, a lot cheaper, too bad this happend after I sold my Car. Now that I sold my car, OBX came up with a cheap option for headers, and some guys here in PR told me, that one of the local tunners came up with a way to tune this cars "crack the ecu" (but this hasnt confirmed yet)

About the header, i will say, GO For it, you have nothing to loose, it will be better than stock, and maybe the same gains (or better) than RRM, for like $400 less, sounds like a good buy to me!

OBX has a bad reputation to be honest. When they make parts, they dont put in as much into R&D as they should. They make parts just to make parts and make money. They dont make parts to make you go fast. Which is why you'll see alot of honda civic dx's with alot of obx stickers, its all they can afford lol. There car sounds like *** and could be slower than stock. You pay for quality, thats the key rule of thumb.

OBX headers have a reputation of cracking due to ****ty welds.
