Forget the synchros ! The problem isn't there.

When it happen on a Ralliart, you need the replacement of the shifter cable, because the boushing on the tranny are jammed.

If it's under warranty, bring them the car, if not, write me back and I'll tell you how to repair this problem.

Tell them that you'll supply the clutch, then go out and get an oem clutch for half that price...

Also if they're replacing any gears or anything make sure they replace the gear bearings. I had a messed up 2nd gear and my transmission shop replaced it but didn't replace the 2nd gear bearing (looks like a sleeve style bearing) and it went again 3 weeks later. Luckily you're under warranty.

 

ok i got my car back they put bunch of new parts in and i paid 4bills for a new clutch plate and still i can pull out the shifter wihtout pressing the clutch while i drive!

also i can push the gear into second gear wihtout pressing the clutch..

i did it when I hurt my left knee a couple of months ago people do it all the time my cousin taught me how to do it its call cluthcless shifting and tap the gas pedal while you shift to any gear... just dont do it when you race or when your cruising and shift to 5th gear...

 

well being able to pull it out of gear with out clutch can be due to rev matching if u tap the gas u can pull it out of gear with the tranny lifts load u can also shift with out using ur clutch pedal same way by rev matching , but if its really easy to pull out wile ur accelerating then i would say there is still a problem.
