Not sure if this has been done on the RA before but at minimum you need.

Shifter
Shifter Console
Shifter Cables
Clutch
Flywheel
Possibly new axles - Our driver's side axle has a bearing in it that mounts to the manual transmission
Manual ECU
Possible custom work to the car's body to make the the tranny doesn't hit anything.

Not sure if it's been done but these are possible things I can think of that you'd need.

I wouldn't waste your time. By the time your done you probably could of just sold yours and get a mt ralliart. I bet you'd even save money going this route.

Not many of these cars were made so sourcing the correct transmission could be pricey.
