I figured he's not going to give everyone and their dog a deal on them, so if i pick one up for $150 i could help someone else out, and save them some coin, but in return for an honest technical review, preferrably someone with track experience

i did the same thing with the cast turbo manifold, and i was able to get my money back from MeDave within a reasonable amount of time.

ohh when u first said he was sending you one i thought it was for free cause you gave him your dif etc. I didnt think you would have bought one already considering that you have the quaife and no desire to install this unit lol. But i might be interested in this unit considering my tranny is still sitting in my basment waiting to go back in the car, id jsut have to open it again and then reseal it afterwards

I'm interested also but not 100% ready to pull the trigger. This would work out well with my fx200 install. Crans can you post up a few pics of the oem diff with the PG installed?

I've been surfing for PG reviews and some are pleasant an others say its a waste. It reminds me of good ol' nitrous opinions, most that have negative things to say about about it ,don't have it. They say a friends cousin-in-law who talked a guy that said his brothers crx broke because of it.

Ha that a perfect analogy about reviews of this mproduct as well as well almost any aftermarket product. Im feelig the same way about these thigns, my biggest concern is excessive wear on the spider, i think it would be a nice addition since my dz101's arnt great but im just not 100% sure

Yes it is much better then open because you can put power to both wheels instead of one wheel, the problem and were you can go wrong is your putting a unit onto an exsisting part that it was not meant for.

The way this product works is by exserting pressure onto the spider gears to essentially lock them in place going straight but aloow slip when turrning. This pressure was never meant to be there and neither was the friction and continous rubbing of the LSD unit on the spiders surface.

Rob, if you want it, you can try it out in my diff, and inspect it after a year or something and if it roasts the diff, you'll still have yours...i mean i don't think i'll ever break my quaife, so i don't really need a spare...it was more for if i sold my car, i would put it back to stock and pass the goodies on to my loyal friends here on EvoM

Lanzer i'm in SC but i can get the wife to snap some pictures when she recieves it...it's still with Ziggy right now...
