Lazukard Engine built !
Lakuzard where did you get the megan radiator from that you got it to bolt on straight with the fans? I looked at the RRM one but on their site it says id need to run aftermarket fans
looks to be coming along nicely...
That new CM fx300 is the same clutch I've had my eyes on for years now, if this stocker would just die,lol...How's the daily driving with it? and overall feel?
And the front and rear bushings kit, I wasn't aware they made a kit for our cars, what the part number?
As for the head swap, you should of held off for a bit , Ralliartize it is working on getting a cometic headgasket made for our cars that could possibly bump the CR to 10.3:1
How has the reflash been treating you? and what were the felt differences over the piggy??

It's a custom energy suspension for ralliart... For got one just take The diameter of each bushing you need and call to energy shop.
Do you have new about The 10.5:1 gasket?
For The feeling of my new tranny I will give you new tomorrow. We work on The head for The second week

Hey lakuzard! So I just had a random idea... think you can call up Energy Suspension company and see if they have your order still on file? See if they can give you the measurements again to save all of us time since they already did it?
Even check the invoice , or the bushings themselves maybe have a part number printed on them? And how many pieces are in your kit?
I will try to find back the sheet I use for take my measure.
For the flywheel I love the feeling but it depend how you ride...
rev rpm very more quiclky for give more accelation at top end. but you lose inecit... you loss power when you lauch...
so in fact the flywheel change nothing .... horsepower = torque * rpm
it only change the maximun pic.
advantage : no more choc when you change your gear ( change gear is more smooth)
it more easy to shift and downshift.
Disavantage : more hard to lauch (rev rpm more quickly but it also good rev rpm down quiclky)
big loss of inecit ... probably impossible for stock engine to loss wheel when you go in the 2e gear.
the explication is : the flywheel keep the energy when it spin... more the flywheel is heavy more it can keep energy . this power of the spinning of the flywheel is release when you change gear.
so if the flywheel is more lighter. the capacity for keep more power is less than the oem flywheel more heavy.
Many people in discuss lightweight flywheel vs stock think you loss torque with a more lighter flywheel but it is false.
you only loss inertia... and the power is not loss because the flywheel cant keep the same among of energy, it s recoverer at coasting phase

I find 3 compagy of flywheel who retail for the 4g69.
RRM
Aasco
CluchtMaster
personnally I thrust more cluchtmaster and aasco their specialist in transmission part.
The both is on ebay if you do good research... Like 300-400$ I dont remember.
The three like to have the same weight
