I would think it would. Mitsuorder is building a 4g69 with a 4g63 Evo IX head and he used a gasket for the Evo IX. So I dont see why it wouldnt. Unless you specifically wanted a gasket sized to the massive coolant ports in our open deck...

 

It may, but the differences in the blocks would male me leery of using it. To my knowledge Cometic does not make an EvoIX head gasket with a 87mm bore...plus the E9 head gasket is incredibly thick....which is counter to raising compression.
