cometic or stock headgasket and L19 studs

I would like to know anyones thoughts on which gasket to use on my build on my 2. liter.I previously had sealing problems on my 1st gen with cometic gasket and regular arp studs at 30 psi boost. Both block and head were resurfaced so that wasnt an issue. I put undercut stds and it did the same. I am retorquing them to see if that works. I have a cometic for my Evo with regular arp's. I am swapping those out to L19"s. My question is should I go with the cometic gasket with copper spray or buy a stock gasket with the new studs. I forgot to mention I am trying the cometic gasket with the nitrogen rings on my 1st gen with undercut studs and its still seeping. I am not trusting cometic gaskets right now.

use OEM headgasket in the 4g63 and arp l19 is fine if you plan on running a lot of boost. you can spray the HG.. i do to all of mine, but i also believe its not necessary as well.

ive sprayed some and not sprayed.. same deal.. doesn't seem to do anything really. same result everytime.. it seals lol.
