Final two center differential bearings came in. Should have transmission ready to go on Sunday/Monday. The new parts looks awesome.

As for the broken pieces, my guess is parts of input shaft bearing made its way in between there. One of the ***** in the input shaft bearing was missing during dis-assembly.
All pictures are actual parts from Marks car.

I have no idea. Just a guess.

Didn't really take pictures of reassembly or parts but there is the new bearing! Woooohoo

And the center differential bearings that were also replaced.

Now to just have flywheel resurfaced

We assembled the tranny. The input shaft bearing does not budge at all anymore

We put RTV and assembled the case. Had to align the gears and put the shifter back.

Rubber Mallets FTW!

There's a big snow storm that's going to rape the northeast region so I will be working on this while I'm caved in from the snow. The flywheel is resurfaced and looks great!

Okey guys got another issue with my flywheel clutch install (having done at a shop) i purchased the flywheel on gripforce and the clutch from rockauto, shop is telling me the bolt heads are rubbing. I'm not sure whether the fidanza flywheel was supposed to have new bolts or not but i ordered the correct one (already verified with gripforce who has been very helpful so far) just not sure if I should be thinking that the shop has something wrong or maybe somehow the flywheel doesnt have oem bolts?

okay update, fidanza tech said some models came with crank bolts that were just a tad bit longer than they needed to be and that with that there were some issues with rubbing. He told me a M12 x 1.25 x 25 would be the correct bolt needed for the install. talked to the shop and they haven't been much help so once I know what the issues was i'll update. ooh monday.

somebody's got a case of the mondays?
lol...goodluck w/ the trans job tho...
i do hate when the plan gets derailed...(y i try not to do sumn untill i hopefully know everything involved..)

im hoping when i get mine going it'll be a simple out/in job(well, i mean no unplanned delays, not exactly simple as i keep reading) as im just getting a new clutch, TOB and probably solid front + rear mounts when i pull the trans for rebuild...no new flywheel, just a resurface(hopefully i dont need a new one, but i dont see a need...it doesnt seem to have any issues at the moment)*fingers crossed*
im hoping i can have it out on a thursday and have the guy i'm having rebuild it do it over the weekend(as well as take the flywheel in for resurface) and hopefully the next monday(or thursday at the latest) it'll all go back in(monday and thursday are the only 2 days i have the shop available for late work if needed)...i can't afford to have the car down for longer...

ps fx11 and mark good luck finishing yours too, and getting it all back in....i know the one's been going on forever after multiple delays...hope the storm gave you guys enough time to get this finished
