Transmission fluid?

Will I be fine with any gl-4 oil like http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...rd=synchromesh

I really don't want to have to order bg offline and pay a lot when my local store carries a gl-4 synchromesh oil that could be just as good?
Anyone ever try it or will there really not be much a difference?
Any recommendations that are in local stores like auto zone or pep boys or something?

Done to death man, just search. If it is GL-4 75-90 then it will work. If it is not then it's a chance.

I used royal purple gear oil for mine. Got it from advance auto parts. It's a little expensive but I hear from a lot of old school gear heads that its awesome.

If your worried about harming your transmission than why use the cheapest crap you can find and just use what people say work good like redline MTL, GM synchromesh 2, oem fluid or motul.. And why start a new thread when you can just post on the thread that is there.. Community is getting filled with lazy people and these old "new" threads are getting annoying

Again, I can almost guarantee more help if you search 1st, because when a member sees and old thread bumped they are curious what is being said. When a new thread is made, on a topic that has been discussed they
