Anyone purchase from Merrill Performance in San Diego before? In researching I found them as a possible alternative to RPW for a header/downpipe for the Ralliart. Here are some pics I found of his SFT header for the Mirage (I owned one a long time ago). I did have a RPW header/downpipe that cracked in a few places after about 2 years. It was mild steel and not coated.

Damn that looks nice! Who is this guy, does he make turbo and N/A manifolds for our 04-06 RA's?

 

Seems he mostly makes parts for the Mirage. There are some that swap the 4G69 into the 5G Mirage and he may have built one for those swaps but not sure. It doesn't appear he has made any manifolds for the 04-06 RA's yet. He offered to make a header for the Ralliart if I send him my downpipe so they can build a jig and make it. That would require my car to be down a while but it's not too big of a deal so I'm considering doing that.

This is the RPW extractor I was condering before

The package includes the RPW 4-1 Racing Header and Flex Pipe Assembly. Cat converter is required to be purchased separately, either as a bolt on kit manufactured by RPW, or utilising a local universal supplier which will require welding and adapting due to the factory cat converter being integral to the factory flex pipe.

The headers are manufactured from mild steel and ceramic coating (Silver) is
an optional extra.
