Wow sounds like this flash is coming along nicely. When is it expected to be finished? I have had Michaels flash for a long time. I've made some small changes myself but nothing with AFR and Ignition just the small things like idle and what not. I have always felt that something was off with the flash but never could pinpoint the issues.

If that guy is really getting almost 400 miles to a gallon that is amazing, and I would love to get that haha.

I reported before that, on my 6000+ mile trek across the North American Continent back in Aug/Sept '13, I logged two tanks where I recorded 31 mpg hwy and 24 city on two occasions turbocharged. Of course, that was without hitting boost. As others on here can attest, I frequently drive on the yellow light and take my tank WAY down to the lower levels. Therefore, at (31) mpg, I was able to squeeze out 372 miles on 12 gallons and that left me room to spare (1.2 gals). Four hundred miles on a tank is reachable!

on a trip back home to detroit from new jersey a few years ago, i also was able to achieve 30+ mpg...but i was in cruise control going ~30mph(chased the front end of a snow storm so i was driving into the snow ALL the time) untuned, unboosted and also regularly went down to fumes in my tank...
and always have on all my cars..

i've always assumed when the gas lights comes on i have ~20mi till it sputters out and dies

average mpg was in the low to mid 20's normally for my car

Adding some final touches the other day. The new flash is great! As my daily driver and fun car, I have some better fuel mileage and a bit more power. Kept an eye on the MPG on a couple drives and it sat around 32-34 on the highway.

I have not gotten to fully experience a pull from stop as we have entered the rainy season over here, but from a roll it pulls pretty hard through all the gears. Very happy with the results.

My car had it's own speshal moments during the whole process but OttRalliart05 was crazy helpful and went above and beyond customer service wise, especially considering I am on the other side of the continent.
