I just changed my clutch and after getting everything put back together my car won’t go into 2nd 4th or reverse. I can make it go in thru the shift cables but not from gear shifter. The clutch is engaging. Can anyone send me a pic of their shifter cable bracket, or does anyone know why it’s doing this? It had all gears before clutch change.

 

I am not sure if the lancers have a shifter cable adjustment but I would look into that. It is common in the VW world to mess up the adjustment when doing a clutch and you have to re-adjust after.
Since they are all the "down" gears, this seems possible.
