anybody else have clutch problems in the morning?

I dont see why it would be more likely to fail, it's just a length of SS tube that travels from point A to point B with a cpl fittings. I didnt say anything about doing the brake line anyways.
I agree with pocoRA, i actually brought this up in another thread. the response to me was basicly "$60 is a good deal, just buy it." well, if the tubing is only $10 and the ends are $10, you are saving enough for 2 tanks of gas. Thats worth it to me.
Brake lines aren't that hard to do, i've owned enough beater cars that have needed whole length of lines re-run, simply because they rusted out. I would say anyone with 3/4 of a brain could run a brake line and make it reliable. There is nothing wrong with DIY jobs, afterall, if you aren't doing it, someone else is. Experience isn't gained by buying things...internal engine stuff is another story...

I have no problem with running my own hard brake lines. It's making my own flexible lines and attaching the ends on the flexible hose that I wouldn't be too comfortable with.
