Rotors from RRMS... Do they rust????
Do the rotors from roadracemotorsports rust? They dont say they are rust resistant, and they dont look plated or coated either......
If they do rust, do you know of a rotor for the ralliart that are rust resistant?
Thanks.

hmm dunno. the outter edges of the rotor prob will, but the center? I dont know? The OEM oens dont have the black finish. The RRM ones do look a bit rough, but still better.
anyway, who cares? the center of the rotor is almost toally covered by the wheel anyway. the only time anyone will see the rust is when the wheel is off (aka, working on the car or stealing your dubz
)

any rotors i've had will ALL rust if you dont drive your car for a few days.
for example, I just parked my 2003 lancer for the winter and within 2 weeks
the rotors are 100% orange and rust looking. took it for a 10 minute spin
and the rust burned right off.

oh yeah, rust on the rotors is natural. It happens to all rotors, especially right after a rainstorm or if you wash your car. But it goes away. This is only for the surface of the rotors, however.
The actual rotor piece that attaches to the wheel rusts no matter what, I think. I don't know about stainless steel, though...
