i was just thinkin about this which i found pretty interesting n i wonder if the salesperson told any of u guys this...

he said that every mitsu dealership only gets 10 ralliarts thats why i barely see any on the road i wonder if thats true? what really sold me was when i test drove it the sound of the exhaust, the pick up, and the clear tailights haha

 

Dunno. My dealership told me that they had only managed to sell about 5 of them from their location since the time they came out (probably why I have yet to see another one), and I bought the only one left on the lot. If it were 10, some other dealership would've had to snap them up.

 

Not every Mitsu dealer gets 10. It's based upon demand for that area. I've driven by the Cerritos Mitsu dealer and they had to have at least 15 of them just chilling there on the lot. They also had a good half dozen EVO's there as well, and a boatload of base/es/oz lancers. Then again, around southern cali, everybody and their mom has like 3 cars, so...

 

It's a limited production car, but I would believe its based on supply/demand rather than a set number of vehicles per dealership.

 

^ its no limited they might tell you that but its not...again this will depend on suplly and demand...the ontario (california) dealer has like 15 plus on their lot last time i was there

 

The dealership near me sells BILLIONS of ralliarts

They usual source them out of other local dealerships to keep up with the demand.

 

and why not? THEY ROCK! I took mine to a local meet last night. was the first time anyone else there saw an RA. Was able to pull hard on all the sentra's (no v-specs showed, though), carolas (04's, not the new nicer 05), civics and focus sports. didnt do any serious racing, just playing, but all like the RA.

 

I live in a somewhat small city I guess...... I have seen only 2 other ralliarts drving around. A silver one, and a black one.....

 

Hey guys this is wath I got, you know one of the set off keys you get has a little plate with a number, will according to the dealer that is the number of the car that came in to North America and Canada , know if it is true or not I don't know but my number is 30842.
I live in Hartford County in CT and I have seeing about 5 diffrent RA the dealer were I got my RA from has 1 left and the dealer in other side off town has 6 RA ........

 

I can't wait until Canada is let in to North America ... j/k

I think that number on you keys chain is for replacing your key. Perhaps we shouldn't give it out. Sorry I'm

 

You should read your owners manual about this. As the manual says that number is used to start your car if you dont have one of the keys with the chip. If your dealer told you that, they are idiots.

 

even thou im not from canada, from what i hear they sell ALOT of ralli-arts there, due to the evo not being there. Also, i got out of only 3 left on santa monica mitsu lot, the last black one. They only have a gray, white left... that was 2 weeks ago so i dont know if there still there.

 

My local dealer has as many Ralliarts as all other Lancer models combined.

 

In my city i do alot of driving i havent even seen a Lancer at all well i saw a basic model ES but it was from ontario other than that havent seen none, im sure theres more here but,most people here drive hondas and acura, dodge.

Soon though after winter or sooner i hope ill be driving a ralliart its fairly cheap and looks sweet.

Since all my vehicles are auto since ive been driving, this winter im gonna learn shift from a piece of **** car if i suck by the time i get one ill prob go with an auto, auto is boring, never played a racing vid game in auto my life, guess diff than real life though,

 

yea, I cant wait to be part of the american continent again...


btw, my dealer ordered 18 '05 ralliart and they have 1 left. I got the first one ..gniak gnia gniak!
